On Friday evening survivor ceremony we honored Neal Allen (RedRock) parents with a plaque in his memory. His friends came to be supportive it was great hearing stories of what a wonderful friend Neal had been to so many he will definitely be missed in not only the pulling world but also by his wonderful family an friends. With all the stories we heard his memory will definitely be in lots of hearts. Our prayers are with them all. Saturday presented us with a beautiful evening full of pullers from several states such as Virginia, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, West Virginia and North Carolina. What a great feeling to have that support!!!!
We had fans come from Taylor, Meade, Hart, LaRue, Green, Grayson, Jefferson, Bullet & Hardin that we know for sure. Joy, excitement an lots of fun filled the air. The pull started with kids pedal pull which is always so much fun.
Our survivor ceremony honored someone very dear to our heart Carolyn Hornback promoter Tim's wife. Someone had mentioned this year we should honor her an we totally agreed she was one of the main reasons our hearts are definitely in this pull. Carolyn had no ideal she was going to honored Tim also surprised her with a Aunt of hers from Louisville being in attendance to be there for this special occasion. Carolyn is a fighter she was diagnosed 17 years ago was then cancer free 11years an has been fighting it again ever since. Cancer may have slowed her body down but definitely not her spirit or love for life.

He told me they had always attended the pull in the prior years. He said he always new this pull supported a great cause but never had thought they would be experiencing first hand the reason. He said he knew how much work this was for our family to do to put on this pull each year an he wanted to let us know it was appreciated .
